Stern's latest pinball machine, The Uncanny X-Men, brings to life beloved characters like Wolverine, Professor X, Cyclops, Storm, Colossus, Beast, Rogue, Gambit, Nightcrawler, Jean Grey, Bishop, Kitty Pryde, and Magneto, along with a mix of allies and enemies. Players will visit iconic X-Men locations, such as the Danger Room, Beast's Lab, the X-Mansion, and Genosha, and interact with legendary X-Men gadgets like Cerebro and the X-Jet.
The playfield offers an innovative design with new ramp paths and cross shots, delivering an exciting and dynamic pinball experience. A standout feature is the Danger Room, positioned on the left of the main flippers, which introduces a high-risk, high-reward gameplay element with a mini-flipper and a unique outlane spinner. The Premium and Limited Edition models also include a new elevated captive ball vari-target styled after Beast’s Lab.
A major highlight is the mechanically articulated Sentinel, which players battle against. The Sentinel's large robotic head changes based on the player's actions. On the Premium and Limited Edition models, the Sentinel rises from beneath the playfield and can destroy ramps or attack the ball with its extended arms.

The game’s artwork is created in comic-book style by renowned artist Jeremy Packer (aka Zombie Yeti). It also features a custom soundtrack composed by Charlie Benante of Anthrax and Pantera, which immerses players in the different time periods of the X-Men universe. The game’s video presentation brings the Days of Future Past storyline to life with animated motion graphics.
In tribute to Days of Future Past, the Limited Edition version will be limited to 811 units worldwide, corresponding to the 811 timeline of Marvel’s Earth-811. The Limited Edition includes exclusive features such as a custom "Danger Room"-inspired mirrored backglass, reflective foil “Future vs. Past” artwork, Sentinel Armor powder-coated pinball armor, and a signed Certificate of Authenticity, among other premium elements.
The Uncanny X-Men pinball machines are also equipped with Stern’s Insider Connected™ platform, enabling players to track their progress, earn achievements, and unlock new mutants through Cerebro. Players can join online quests, with each logged player discovering their own mutant power. New owners of the pinball machines will receive exclusive The Uncanny X-Men owner’s badges, and ongoing software updates will continue to enhance gameplay.
