Order Processing and Shipping Details

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. To qualify for same-day processing, place your order before 6 p.m. Orders placed after 6 p.m. will be processed the following business day.
• Delivery Times: Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.
  • Flat Shipping Fee: A $15 fee applies to orders under $200.
• Shipping Area: We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

Freight Shipments:
Many orders are shipped via third-party freight carriers (18-wheelers). For items requiring freight delivery, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. Ensure your phone number is accurate at checkout for smooth communication.

Order Confirmation and Payment:

• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your order and credit card authorization.
• Your card will only be charged when the item ships, unless it’s a back-ordered item requiring a reservation.
