What if my product is damaged?
Check the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, even to the box, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you can’t inspect the item during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to support@crownquarters.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, typically within 1 business day.
